I have been doing some form of low-carb eating since the early 2000’s while trying to fix multiple health issues.

I also did a very simple elimination diet and discovered that even some clean foods caused heartburn or allergy symptoms.

But it was when I eliminated everything except meat that I got the results I was looking for. Carnivore diet stopped my joint pain and insomnia, and caused my Astigmatism to disappear (which is not supposed to happen).

I now eat a seasonal ketovore diet – carnivore in winter and spring, and keto with seasonal produce in summer and fall.
