I started using visualization to alleviate past trauma and mental health issues, like anxiety and depression.

Creative visualization is often defined as the practice of changing your thoughts with the goal of positively affecting your environment and manifesting your greatest desires into reality.

Life is so busy these days, so anything that you can do to improve mental health and reduce stress is a win-win right? With creative visualization, everything around you is affected by what you picture them to be.

If you have trouble with this, try to remember a time in your life when you were acknowledged for something you did.

Maybe you won the spelling bee. Maybe you turned in an A+ paper and were acknowledged at the front of the class. Any time you felt really good about yourself. Find that feeling again and use it while you visualize your goals.

  • Imagine shopping for new clothing and visualizing the feel of clothing you are taking off the rack.

Lately I have been focused on daily visualizing for more money…and it’s working! I am getting surprise cheques, and rebates that are much larger than I was expecting. I am also getting surveys that payout points that I can convert to cash.

The thing with manifesting is that once you get the ball rolling, it is much easier to stick with it. That is because you will be more tuned in to ‘seeing’ things manifesting in your life like:

  • Coupons for great free stuff
  • Or your friend wants to go for lunch at a place that serves the food that fits your current way of eating.
  • A big overnight weight loss aka ‘the whoosh’

You may have seen things like that before and just thought it was your lucky day. But by practicing visualization daily, you can make all of your days ‘lucky’

Holism targets overall wellness, and when we are well, we only get better with age.
